Originally he was only for Mugen 1.0, but someone converted him to WinMugen with a patch, there character appears to be down on his original website, and the patch is no longer up, however I have had this since it was released and now I share it with you all! He plays in P.o.t.s-Style, I have added his original 12 palettes from CvS2 and changed his projectile color to the fire red color instead of the blue color, enjoy him folks!
