Uranus relreased, Neptune, Saturn, and Mini/Chibi Moon Updated (2/25/2013)

After quite a bit of tweaking, and a little recoding/respriting, I present to you the beta version of Sailor Uranus!



Known issues:
-No winquote system
-No hitsparks/FX
-Low quality voices throughout
-No custom small portrait

In addition, Neptune has been updated out of beta phase, and Mini/Chibi Moon and Saturn have received some minor updates.

Will she have custom specials?

If by specials you mean the kind that don't require a bar, she has a sliding kick special that deals three hits but travels a different distance depending on which kick button you use.

 

If by specials you mean hypers, she has World Destruction, as shown in the screenshot, Super Space Sword Blaster which is a multi-projectile hyper that can best be used as an anti-air, and an autocombo hyper.
