Its supposed to be an attack that can only be done while on low health & full power; but for vid purposes changed the criteria

The attack is 156 frames already, how much more do u need lol

On a diff note

Your bars/Round Start could use some kind of light effect when the text flashes white after Overture(obv underneath the text) something short and sweet.
