I wouldn't consider it difficult on The Lion King's terms, Aladdin was IMO built with forethought and didn't throw too much of a bullshit challenge as other games did. They like give you almost no health at the start of the game and just jumping on top of an enemy is enough to damage you. If you die, you begin at the start of the level.
