    ultimateFrieza has a better ai know Better attack speed, If opponent combos frieza more than 6 times with melee distance, frieza and the opponent will go straight in to a flash battle.

    controls remapped into SF style


    Frieza also able to attack with normal melee strikes while getting hit which simulates a budokai flash battle or melee clashes.
    Normal form 2 times, frieza 4 times

    this is only an edit.

    In this edit when vegeta transform to an ssj  he is faster, stronger and have move def

    Vegeta also have a new move

    D,B, b+c which is where u r able to teleport to an enemy and make an eight hit combo, when u are ssj the combo is much faster and becomes an 16 hit combo (sometimes too fast for the eye can see).

    Vegeta is able to attack with normal melee strikes while getting hit which simulates a budokai flash battle or melee clashes

    Normal can still attack while getting  hit up to 2 times, ssj 4 times

    You could use Sigma and Apocalypse, maybe give him a Mordred type intro where he laughs at you before getting his bot and closing the door. And you dont see him again till it blows up?

    I always pictured Stewie as a Apocalypse type boss, with just machines and bombs and robotic suits out the ass. He'd jump in his bot and just murder the screen unless you caused the bot to blow up and he falls out at the end, like the whole Onslaught ending.
