unbalanced. I have alot of slots to fill so i pick a game and dl every character i can find for it.then i have a row or two for edits and a row for customs. and a secret row for showstoppers.showstoppers are the crazy cheap but funny chars like rare akuma. you have no chance but your death is amusing.
