I edited that crappy one & posted it here, search for "persephone - orochi X edit", if it can help you for moves or something else DA, it's ok just give me credits. & yeah for your question, the one of left is better.

I made some times ago an AI patch for Wolvenom by Darktalbain & Quicksilver by Zvitor. At the 1rst appearance, Baron strucker seems to be a head swap sprite from that Red Skull what was released recently... go to give a try anyway
