Is there any custom sprited Axel Stone (character from Streets of Rage) that doesn't suck?

I've been around for a while, but recently I decided to be active here on this forum, so...

I'm a huge fan of tokusatsu, and we only have Kamen Riders, Ultras, Kaijus and a few other characters, we need more variety. If I had to choose, it would be: 1. Kaiketsu Zubat 2. The three Uchuu Keiji, Gavan (a decente one), Sharivan and Shaider 3. Garo and Zero 4. Kikaider (a decente one) and Hakaider 5. Cybercops (the whole team)
