i won't just be nice you learn nothing that way. I didn't say you couldn't use his tool but you need to do more than this. you were never meant to just plug an image in and make a stage. you are meant to use it as just that a TOOL, you use it to make your base then fix it up to make it look actually nice.

stop praising this all he did was plug an image in cybasters tool and made it its nothing... you need to learn actual stage creating before even doing this again.

well that sucks i thought it would be easier with a pc version.

the first stage excuse doesn't work lol. My first stage didn't look this bad. I mean i had help but still. your better off waiting for proper rips of the game to come out its gonna happen since its being ported to pc.

Also uses my soundrips Hes alot of fun try him out. the huge file size is due to all the effects. the large file size is due to all the effects he doesn't run slow at all.
