i get it well it was surprising but this is actually good hes got mild super armor like broly should and hes not fast at all like broly shouldn't be. he has kind of an overkill Cinematic as in time consuming but the coding itself isn't bad at all im keeping him.

ty progress is halted atm due to my spriter quitting due to life issues but I have a new better one who will start work once his next char is done and he does his other spriting job first (which is close) so look forward to that. im guessing you are referring to the horribleness that is stupas flonne -_- I love stupas chars but flonne is aweful. as for a stage for him I plan on making an alt def without laharl there so you can use the stage and it will make more sense.

oh i see rei if i remember wasnt actually that bad. so if this is his vega then they just did these ugly ass filtered sprites for it.

[Comment] oh man this is an epic char made even more epic wow. he added english text to it so you can tell what you are changing now this character is so fun I made a gif to show the english text for move choosing. it works like this match starts you press start on each selection and scroll through the ones you arent using press start again to change them, use the back arrow to move back to where you were. you can even set up preset datas so you can use them right on the spot I have nothing bad to say about this character nothing at all he plays like he did in godhand. ENJOY

well nippon ichi related stuff is always A+ in my book espescially when its done so well. I wish they would make neptunes planet and leanbox to though also some of those screenshots I swear they are fake. sadly it got my hopes up for neptunia chars in mugen.
