Not sure if anyone was wondering (or cares, not even I do), but I'm Endercreeper9999 from the Mugen database. I was going to post about this update there, but thought it would've been better to post it here first.

Does anyone have a link to Heavy weapons guy by Dr Kelexo? He is not located on his website and every other download link either leads to TIS2012's edit or doesn't work at all. The previously mentioned edit by TIS2012 is almost the same as the original version (or from what I've seen it is), but the edit has inconsistent hitboxes on many of its animations and misplaced sprites. If no link has been found, could someone reupload the character? Thanks.
