On the last one, everyone returned to the scenery of the Flame Core. The rest of the Netherworld Team looked around. Magio: Is this... the Distortion? Argento: Magio?! What the... what are you doing here?! Necrox: Ah, stuff happened. Anyway... Both Giovanni and Necrox walked forward. The angel soldier pointed Kiravel while the demon lord pointed his scythe, aiming at Thanatos. Giovanni: Demon Thanatos. Your crime of summoning an once lost monster of darkness is now under Heaven's jurisdiction. Come with me quietly. Necrox: That's your protocol? Giovanni: Kinda lame, right? Wanna do that way? Like old times? Necrox: I don't like working with angels that much, but exception made. Necrox dashed forward and rendered Thanatos useless by enveloping his neck with the scythe. That gave Giovanni time to attack him with a barrage of homing light bullets from Kiravel. Victoria: IT'S MY DARLING!!! Anna: Excuse me?! That is MY fiancé! Necrox released Thanatos from his grip and backed off to Giovanni as he shot a big light that went to Thanatos and exploded. They knew he wouldn't be defeated with that, so they remained in position. Together, both brothers went all out on her before backing off and using moves. Necrox: Pyre Raid!! He pointed his shotgun and started to shoot endlessly, keeping her into the air with dark bullets. Magio breathed hardly, as his thoughts revolved about using that move. However, he held his sword backhands, charged his sword with star energy and took out a Spell Card. Magio: (This is only a fake of it, but I hope it works well...!) Magio: Astral Influence "Cosmic Getsuga Tenshou"!! A variation of Ralf and Ichigo's move. It was charged with Magio's astral magic, represented by the fact that his projectile gleamed yellow and it was filled with stardust. It was also considerably smaller, yet faster than the ones they used. It hit No. 367 and with the connection with Necrox's bullets, black and white dust stood around her. And before she could even react... Magio and Necrox: Baptism of Salvation and Corruption!! The dust enveloped No. 367 and soon she reappeared enveolped by gold and black chains around her. No. 367: (I... I cannot move!!) Necrox: You better do this with a damn style that'll break records!! Magio: Use our own energies and judge her!! Magio and Necrox fused their energies at Ralf's blade, charging it with light and darkness. The power of an eclipse was now at his possession. They maintained the chains at a whole, while No. 367 struggled to get out.

World: World of Distortions Location: Flame Core BGM: Magnolia still playing The golems came at will, but everyone managed to hold their grounds. Argento slashed the golems at will with his Keyblade, Mephilia held her ground with sword and Truths in hand, Victoria attacked with Asterius at will and Anna was finally able to defend herself, thanks to Revenant. Victoria: Those things just keep coming! Argento: Damned bastards. How come they are regenerating so fast?! Revenant: ... Anna: What is is, Revenant? Revenant: ... Victoria: H-How does she got control of something like that?! Anna: Everyone, I had already done a quick analysis at the surroundings. He shot directly at the object and it had been converted into black spheres shot into space. With a single snap of fingers, the spheres converted into a giant obliterating explosion that defeated all soldiers at once. Nessiah: His power has sure grown... Necrox: You slowpokes. Magio: Sorry. Giovanni: ... Necrox: Hmph. Be ready for a nightmare... Necrox disappeared and reappeared near Nessiah. He tripped the fallen angel with a swoop and stomped his head hardly. He kicked him away like a ball and shot him in the air. At the end, Necrox charged darkness into his scythe, slashed thin air and a black beam appeared going towards Nessiah. Nero: You damned show-off. Necrox: I take that you can finish this guy while we go on ahead? Kogorou: You have our words of confidence, my Lord. Now, wreak havoc! Necrox nodded and called his bike, who went back to him by itself. He hopped on it and dashed forward. But before he went, he grabbed Magio's hand and took him. On the battle against No. 367, she took all of Fael's hits. However, she moved fast in front of them. No. 367: Zero Wave! Slashing her axe upwards, she rose a trail of ice columns at them. They were in a diagonal formation and were high enough to stop even Ichigo's aerial movements from before.

World: World of Distortions Location: Flame Core Argento: What an annoyance... Argento: Darkness "Black Cremation"! Slashing upwards, Argento released a wave of black fire, the same he used previously, at the Golems. Although it was a fire move against fire enemies, the Darkness elemental part of it dealt damage. Victoria: *appears near Mary* You don't mind if I steal the spotlight, do you? Having a lot of fun in this partake, Victoria summoned a baton and pointed at the minions. As she waved it, Asterius' hands appeared, smashing them into bits. On a grand finale, she opened her arms wide, as a blast of dark red fire emerged and Asterius appeared once again with a loud roar. Victoria: Hehehe. Now, Mary, I'll lend you Asterius for a little bit. I dare you do a greater performance. Anna, on the other hand, was the only one who had no ways of attacking. She defended herself with a barrier, but it was cracking at a fast rate Anna: (Oh no, the barrier will break...!!) Anna's Theme: Magnolia Suddenly, an armor fell right in front of her. It had no one inside, but it moved for itself. Anna looked at it and the armor "stared" at her as well. Anna: Who... are you? ???: ... Anna: Your name... is Revenant? Revenant: ... Maribel: If this border is broken... then... Nero: Demons will go mad and will rampage worlds. And not just theirs, but the worlds from others. Giovanni: The border's already weakened a little. Renko: Then, if this keeps on... we have to stop this Medusa! Maribel: Now you mustered some courage. Renko: Of course! Now I have a reason to be brave, after all. Regalia of the Demonic Winds Kogorou Raziel The eldest of the Raziel brothers and the actual chancellor of Necrox's empire. A wise, noble demon, he tries the impossible to succeed the wishes asked from his Lord. Controls the power of the wind, transforming them into blades for him to use as weapon or projectiles. The Once Undefeated Brutal Champion Nero Raziel The second eldest of the Raziel brothers and general of Necrox's army. Rival of the Overlord, he seeks to retain his title as Demon Champion while serving Necrox. Has a massive strength, being able to lift a tank or a skyscraper single handed. Shielded and Covered Light of Below Mauriet Raziel The youngest of the Raziel brothers. Different from Kogorou and Nero, he's not Necrox's direct servant, but helps everyone in the castle. He's a really kind and attentive person, but his secluded life shallows his experience. Controls the power of light, acting offensively and defensively with his magic. Renko: G-G-GAAAAAH!!! She's already trying to break it!! That bitch... Necrox shoke his head and turned his back to Jebediah. He landed on the ground, went into his bike and looked back at the enemy standing right above him. Necrox: I hate to do this, but thanks to Medusa's interference with the border that divides our world and the world of humans, I'll give our fight a pause. World: World of Distortions Location: Crisis City (?) BGM: Terror infinitus still playing After a while, Victoria managed to catch and stop Anna. She even used Asterius to block the path. By the time the others arrived at them, they were already discussing... Anna: You inconsiderable idiot! I hate you so much!! Victoria: Hah, as if I liked to be near you. Get a grip, jackass! Anna: H-How rude!! Victoria: Look, I know what passes onto that shallow brain of yours, but you just can't rush at the end. This is a Distortion, not a race. Portals are too risky inside it, so even if our destination is Argento, we could end up on somewhere else inside this place, Anna: Y-Yes, that... is true... Anna reminded of an accident that happened with another angel soldier that went inside a Distortion and tried to create a portal inside it. It happened that said soldier never returned. Unless created by Magio, Argento or a Dimensional Master (a rank above Dimensional Travelers), portals had become quite a risk. As she thought about it, Victoria felt an aura. Victoria: ... Hey, you should cheer up. Someone close to you's coming here. Anna: Who? Victoria: Just wait until she comes and you'll see... *BGM fades* Meanwhile, Argento and Mephilia kept progressing until the Distortion started to look like the initial image from where they entered. Magio and Necrox followed Malin and Yamazaki, attacking him at close distance with Keyblade and scythe slashes. From the skies, Giovanni and Magnazorda attacked with a rocket and fire breath barrage alongside Tommy's fireballs and Wizrock's lightnings. Gomorrah was incredibly damaged as all of them backed off. Magio: Is it over? Necrox: No, I definitely doubt it. And he was right. Even though all that damage was given, Gomorrah still managed to stand up. And as he roared, he breathed his own dark fire to the sky. It later came down as a rain of purple meteors. Giovanni: Whoa!! Magnazorda: This will be a problem. Your orders, Summoner!! Giovanni: Alright, we gotta help them down there. After the meteors, Magnazorda! Giovanni and Magnazorda went both further into the sky to destroy any incoming meteor, But some of them had already fell into their space. Necrox: *evades a meteor* Tch, now it decides to play hard?! Magio: Yeah, it seems so... Necrox: Damn it!! This motherfucker is really getting into my nerves!! Then, Magio noticed a meteor coming right at Malin and Yamazaki. He grabbed his Keyblade and rushed to save them from it. Magio: Malin, Yamazaki, look out!! He barged into them, throwing them away. However, he was entirely hit by the meteor. Then, from far, blinks appeared and glimmered. Necrox: Feel the power of darkness!! Dark Filament!! The giant beam came from far and fell directly on Gomorrah. As it still passed, it gave time to Giovanni to fill his EXS. Giovanni: We have to end this!! Veil Off!! Giovanni freed the energy from his EXS and a power aura appeared around him. His two guns had their jewels shining. Dark Filament's beam ended as Gomorrar, who had been badly injured, tried to get up. ???: Summon... me... Giovanni: Eh?! Necrox: Don't let us waiting for it. Do it. Magio: What are you talking about? Necrox: C'mon, Giovanni. Do it already. Feeling something inside of him, Giovanni threw his gun in the air as it started to spin and become an orb, filled with radiating red light. Giovanni: At my command!! Come, Inferno Wings Magnazorda!! Both him and the orb got enveloped into a fire tornado. When it stopped, the sky had become even more red with the rise of the dragon of the gun's jewel... Magnazorda: I am Magnazorda, Eternal Dragon and Blazing Ruin of Ishgria!! Under my Summoner's command, all shall become nothing to my flames!! Giovanni: Holy saint, mother of god!! I summoned it?! Magio: Awesome!! A dragon!! Giovanni: W-Wait, where's Kiravel? Magnazorda: Summoner Giovanni. Let Kiravel rest. Now, battle with my bestowed gift. Then, a rocket launcher made of dragon scalse and with a similar form to Magnazorda's head appeared into his hands. Giovanni: Nice! A RPG, just for the moment! Magnazorda: Come aboard, Summoner!! Iblis' minions were actually becoming a quite of a handful. Although, with the power they had, a victory was being successfully guaranteed... Victoria: Those guys are nothing. Anna freed herself from the barrier she created at last and already prepared her power and speciality. Anna: Breeze of hope, bless us with your serenity... Healing Wind! The heal was slight, but there was actually no need for another use of Holy Song or Radiant Roar. A light breeze passed through them, healing some of their wounds. Anna: There, our energies might be recharged for the next wave. Victoria: Now we have to move after Mr. Raised Nose and Ms. Executioner herself. C'mon, let's hurry and see if they are being able to- But a giant wave of darkness, who eradicated all of Iblis' minions in the streets under them, were the sign that Argento and Mephilia were actually safe. Victoria teleported herself to them. Victoria: You don't lose a moment, do you? Argento: Come with us or be left behind to be burnt. Summoning a black scythe and a scarlet shotgun, Necrox shot inside Gomorrah's mouth. The dragon roared in pain but only received another bullet round. Necrox: You damned dragon... you better cry for pain, your bastard, because this is the price you will have for disobeying me! Giovanni: (Violent as ever...)

Magio: Necrox?! Necrox! Please, answer me! As Magio walked, the shadow finally managed to close in and caught the knight by surprise. It was actually an Infernal Demon running amok... Gomorrah: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! Magio: W-What the hell?! Asterius punched, shot flames out of its horns and even burned them with lasers. As for Anna, who had no fighting abilities, she could just make a shield to defend herself. Mephilia and Argento, who were already rushing towards the streets of Crisis City, were being attacked by Eaters as well. Argento: Foul, insolent beasts... they really do not fear death. Magio: (Necrox... for everything that I believe, be alive.) Renko, Maribel and the rest were a little far from Magio. But the scene was so catastrophic that the entire place looked like a maze. Maribel: Magio? Magio? Where are you? Renko: T-That car l-looks just like the other one we passed. A-And that building... i-it's the same! Maribel: Oh no. How are we to find him now? Giovanni: Just follow me. Sitiing atop of a car, Giovanni looked at them. He spoke pretty sure, knowing what they wanted. Maribel: Excuse me, but who are you? Giovanni: My name is Giovanni. I'm a friend of Magio. I would love to introduce myself with more details, but we gotta go to him now. Renko: A-A-Are you a... d-d-d-demon?! Giovanni: Nope. Not anymore. Now let's hurry. Maribel: Mr. Giovanni, is something going on? He nodded and pointed behind him. A large, brute shadow was seen in the horizon, coming towards the ruins at a fast speed. Renko: HOLY CRAP, THAT'S ENORMOUS!!! Maribel: W-What is that?! Giovanni: No time to explain. Now, c'mon! This way! He jumped off the car and ran towards the northeast. Maribel and Renko went right after him, as they needed to find Magio...

World: World of Distortions Location: Crisis City (?) BGM: Battle Field "City Eater" Upon the destruction of the "machine", the Distortion took the image of Crisis City. It seemed to be exactly the same thing, but soon was noticed an irregularity. Argento: Now it has become Crisis City? That is abnormal... Mephilia: I do happen to know the circumstances already. Unless Crisis City has been absorbed whole by a Distortion, it could never take a form of a city. Argento: And those Horograms are not supposed to exist. If not created with a "certain" care, it will never work into a Distortion. Victoria: Which means that... this place is the illusion and the blurry space back then was real? Argento: ... It could be, it could be now. Do your own discovery from this point. Victoria: OK. Never wanted you to give me an answer. Argento: I would never. May I remind you? Victoria: Yeah, I know, you're not my ally, we don't trust each other and all that shit. Look, can we just move on? Mephilia: Good suggestion. There once stood the Scarlet Megalopolis, a big city for the demons in hell. Magio: The Scarlet Megalopolis?! What did it happen here?! Maribel: T-This is rather creepy... Renko: R-R-Rather?! How can you compliment something like this?! This is CREEPY!! Magio: This isn't how things were back then. This used to be a big city in the Multiversal Netherworld. What's going on? Renko: D-Do we have to keep going? Magio: We have to find Necrox and see what's going on. Maybe this will lead us to our target here... let's go! Magio went alone to the town. He was worried with his brother. Naturally, devastating wars for the throne of Tyrant Overlord always happen, but they never led the city to destruction. Maribel soon noticed the others. Maribel: Oh, everyone! I suppose you waited a little too much for us. We took our time because Renko kept pulling us back so... Renko: Can we go home now?! I wanna go home!! It could certainly led them to the illusory, where nothing is what it seemed. At first, they floated, but it could take tome time and then they would fall to some ground or until the time gravity decided to diminish again. Argento: Ugh, dealing with the false is so ridiculous... Mephilia: ... That is not what disturbs you. Your own idea is the disturbance. Argento: You know me well. Mephilia: You do still hold the grudge from the events back then. Will you not leave the past for behind and move towards the future? Argento: A mistake on those proportions is an eternal scar that will not fix itself within time. That was my decision and I will keep it. Mephilia: Those born in darkness never seem to change. But if that is your final argument... Argento: I wonder how many will come. No matter, their lives are meaningless to me. Argento: We will split into two teams. One of them will go into the Distortion and will try to hold Iblis inside of it the most they can. As for the other, they will go after Medusa and Thanatos in the Netherworld, while searching for Necrox at the same time. Maribel: If I may ask, who is this Necrox you speak? Magio: Tyrant Overlord of All Netherworlds and my brother. We'll need his help for doing this and for another thing. Argento: With that said... *sigh*... With Mephilia's answer, Argento opened a portal that led to inside the Distortion where Iblis was. Magio opened another portal, leading to the Multiversal Netherworld. Magio: Maribel and Renko, you'll be coming with me. Maribel: Eh?! Renko: But I don't want to go to the land of the dead!! Argento: Either you two go or you will be left here. I am not going to bother if you follow me and die. Maribel: Mr. Argento, why are you- Argento: Quiet. Mephilia, we are leaving. Mephilia: Agree. Both Argento and Mephilia entered in the portal.
