Section 1 - Stages by Boomer
Boomer is a Chinese author known for converting few characters from Ougon Musou Kyoku series, such as Battler, Lucifer and Ronove.
All of his stages are specifically made for Mugen 1.1 engine and requires OpenGL to run. Zoom are included as well.

Yep! she KoF-style. she is very decent
 
+ Her moves has great linkage to do combos
+ A.I. is decent
- Her projectile animation needs to be alittle faster
- Her foot on her high kick sprite needs to be fix a little (looks like her ankle is twisted)
 
 
Overall so far this Akatsuki(KanColle.) Can kick-Ass and she be a great addition to the Kancolle. Roster for mugen.
