But as I do not like to keep anything private I come here to share.
 
What did I do:
I upgraded and filtered the sprites of char and some efects in XBR 4x [NoBlend]
I removed the group of images: 8500, 8510 & 2223
And I changed some of the sounds of the char in the group of sounds number: 0,12  0,24  230,11 & 8000
I thought were not matching
 
Small mistake that I found after I filtered the sprites and converted:
Need convert the specials in HI-RES
 
If they find any bug, etc. leave your comment.
Any comment is welcome.
Hope you like it.
 
And all credits to the authors / editors of this char if it were not for him we would never have the privilege of playing with this great char.

Retirei o grupo de imagens: 8500, 8510 & 2223
E mudei alguns sons do char no grupo de soms numero: 0,12  0,24  230,11 & 8000
Achei que não estavam combinando
 
Pequeno erro que achei depois que filtrei os sprites e converti:
Precisa converter os especiais em HI-RES
 
Se encontrarem algum erro bug etc deixem seu comentário.

1- Needs fix the hyper portrait in some paletts.
2- When you finish with the special 'Shining_Gou_Shock' need wait +-10 seconds to continue to next round
3- And needs create or copy from other char of Ken the special 'SHINIUKEN'

1- Precisa arrumar o hyper portrait em algumas paletas.
2- Quando você ganha com o especial 'Shining_Gou_Shock' precisa esperar +-10 segundos para ir para o próximo round
3- E precisa criar ou copiar de outro char do Ken o especial 'SHINIUKEN'

For those who ask what is SvK?
Street Fighter vs. Capcom
 
SvK = MvC2 custom style invented by Infinite, BetoSSJ4, Team Greatness and DizzytheUnconquer.
Much later, Infinite started making CvS characters and calls them Infinite, but they are not MvC.
 
SvK = Old Infinite, MvC+, MvC2 Custom
 
SvK = MvC2 with KOF and CvS sparks
SvK = MvC2 but better, according to those who created it.
 
It is NOT CvS, or KOF, or a Capcom Arrangement, but a glorified old MvC2 style.
 
For more on the origins of "SvK", look up Infinity Mugen Team between 2009-2013
 
Today, the only modern makes of this custom MvC2 style is boryema, Duracelleur, Dark Chaos, and Kenshiro99.

CREDITS TO JUS FOR THE SPRITES! Credits to Cliff for some sprites, animations, and coding that I used in the latest update.
 
He has localcood to make him look bigger, so the effects may look bigger or smaller in other mugen configurations. 
 
He has 5 winposes with 8 randomly triggered voices, and 4 intros with 4 randomly triggered voices. Try to catch all of the good ol' Saitama quotes!
 
Movelist is in the folder.

changed sprites for 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats introduction
new gethit sprites (only when u press and hold enter can he get hit)
new guard sprites
standing animation changed
new running animation and tweaked speed
tweaked hop back distance
AI updated with new supers
fixed remappal issue
movelist writeup updated
 
Normals:
added air dash
added normals: air chop (can do in air), roundhouse kick, launch kick, air dash punch, dashing elbow, one inch punch. movelist changed
changed some hitsounds for normals
pressing start now has different animation when he becomes hittable
Added Tatsumaki helper. She randomly does 2 moves - tornado and meteor (credits to Cliff for the idea/code)
 
Supers:
Added saturday sale uppercut as a super (credits to Cliff for the idea/code)
new animation added for punch meteor super (credits to Cliff for ripping the animation)
white eyeball sprites for serious punch / death punch (credits to JUS for the sprites)
new accurate animation added for death punch (credits to Cliff for ripping the animation)
Added split earth atmosphere animation during serious punch (credits to Cliff for ripping the animation)
Added latest super (quite simple one) - whirling butt attack used on suiryu. Changed the whirling tornado effect.
Completely redid animation for air consecutive punches (credits to Cliff for ripping the animation)
added another variation of super sidehops (code by Cliff)
Fixed punch rain super to have rain sound in the start.
 
What may be missing:
Almost unnoticeable stuff like some guardsparks/hitsparks here and there.

You probably have found a solution or whatever, but I was having this same exact issue. The fix is so stupid though. Go into the font folder, copy and paste a copy of Qoh_small.fnt, and then rename the new copy into qoh_sm~1.fnt. Hope this helps, even three months later.
