It's a crazy and totally overblown version of Iori that goes in and out of KOF13 sprites, I think has a whole bunch of Rival School based palettes (I definitely see Batsu and Boman among them, not sure about the others), and has an ultra spammable projectile that uses a rather 'famous' clip from the Matthew Shepard PSA. I dunno if I could say download this, but I guess it's funny seeing him in action? More or less posting this because...I have no idea how to describe this.

I was a huge fan of Dig Dug (still am) so I'm pretty biased in saying I love this. He plays pretty similar to the actual game so give him a shot if you're into the retro game characters floating around, this is definitely worth a look.

Real nice to see good work being passed up because this Shion isn't another KOF character. Those are a dime a dozen, you should kinda be appreciative that something different was made here. Besides, he's really good. Try him out. And the other three characters get no mention? Jeez...
