I first wanted to reduce the icon 9000,0 then changed his mind because of the distortion palette! I left the original icons 9000,0! Just I change the settings select screen under the desired settings!

As shown on your screenshot these lifebars are released in screenpack SFZ3 by Hatabow! I want to change the bars that I have proposed! You're doing that already exists!
