Not too bad. I've seen créations from Heal the World, he tried from his best but many things are still to be completed, sprites obviously. However, for Oingo&Boingo, not very importants chars, its fine with the 2 supers. Oingo stand power is just expanded toward the whole character instead of his face only, for practical purpose I guess, since otherwise Heal the World would had to draw a huge amount of sprites.

I dont think it will be edited to give him his proper appearance. In fact it would be an entirely new char, and Chiyuri did good job with his sprites (at last he did mostly annasui but no news since last year, sadly).
EDIT : and i'm impatient to see your trish patch ^^, actually her sound file hasnt been updated i think, only some of her moves.

Long awaited char ! Very nice to play with, his gameplay is pretty hard to master but with practice he can be a very powerfull foe to deal with. For the most he can perform some "skip time" moves in which he avoid and counter all attacks, his GHA deal massive damages.

Dunno if Heal the World is the one to have created this one since i've found this Polnareff one year ago...I havent released the link since the char is unfinished, the sprites are awful and incomplete (see the wheelchair).
By the way this version is buggy, only the voice ripped from the ps2 game is better, the non edited one hasnt any bug. Sometime the char freeze for no apparent reason, his stance animation is bad...but at last its better than nothing. One day i will make my edited one with correct sprites public. But it will take a looooong time, since its Polnareff ad he has too much animations to deal with, even in his wheelchair.

Why the fuck do its health regen itself ?
Notorious B.I.G powers revolve around possession (his spawn super), life devourer power (engulf sup) and immortality (constant regeneration and a spurt of its ooze randomly appear when hit). He can climb the wall and crawl around too.
I dont remember about "infection hand" or any bullshit from its ps2 appearance, so where does this "infectious hands super" come from ?

Thx for your concern ! Yes its my very first custom character i started from a sprite sheet and a char Template to create a new so i learned a little about coding and i will be happy to release it.
For Narcisso however, i used Chiyuri sprites he used to share on his skydrive profile, but since he done a very more interesting version, a wip you can follow on his blog => http://picomori.kakuren-bo.com
So its just a patience matter, it will be an ASB and very well sprited. I can say too a shadow diavolo seems in construction by Amarimono sama...
And and when i'm on it, my newt WIP after B.I.G will be Terunosuke (from part IV), i have Torimochi's one but he needs some tweaks and resprite too.
