    After a quick research, found out it's a stage from Battle Circuit. Found 2 versions of it that has slight difference in each other, you may choose which one you like.

    As far as i know that 41's Ryougi AI is outdated and there's never been an update of the patch since the last update of 41's Ryougi. Hence the glitch.
