Checked the readme file and yeah, Descolor specifically mentions the Mohawk from HnK as having served as the basis for the character.

There really aren't, lol. You'll have to host your images somewhere if you wish to use them on the internet.

Simply press F12 in game to take screenshots. They will be stored inside the MUGEN folder.
