Here are 3 (at the time of this posting) character ideas if someone wants to make them:
General Requirements:
Must be compatible with M.U.G.E.N. 1.0 and above
Movelists for Ikemen GO 0.99 and up optional but highly appreciated
Must have custom coded MvC-styled moveset structure (6 buttons, super jump, chain combos, air combos, hypers, supers - the whole 9 yards; Mouser's MVC2-style characters provide a good point of reference: https://www.andersonkenya1.net/files/file/20145-mousers-mvc-characters/)

Additional gameplay aspects from other fighting games (i.e. Melty Blood, CvS2, and MvC3) optional but highly appreciated
Must have Bregrsart-style scaling AI
Must have custom sprites (can be any style (CPS2, CPS3, CvS/CvS2, etc.) so as long as it's not Amateur/Child Art-tier)
POTS aesthetics/effects optional but highly appreciated
Must not be overly cheap/overpowered
Must not be scaled to JUS/Jump Pocket-style characters
Must not be a spriteswap
