  1. here just watch this, this is a video version of what i am explaining, just follow what they say and do, that's how i learned.
  2. that's just the name of my life bars as an example to what you do, add the name of your life bars next to /fight.def
  3. yes keep that, all you need to do is edit the fight setting by adding the name of the life bar, when you add it should look like this for example. fight = bluelifebar/fight.def then save and exit the note pad, also make sure you are opening the system def file not sff.
  4. the system file should be in your data folder, just look at the other comment with the example i demonstrated.
  5. yeah don't add it to the cfg, i meant to say the system file.
  6. and just in case the tutorials weren't specific enough, you have to copy the name of the life bars then edit the system file in note pad and scroll to where it says 'Files" then paste the name of the file to where it says fight which should be right under "select", here's my system text configs as an example. ;---------------------------- [Files] spr = system.sff ;Filename of sprite data snd = system.snd ;Filename of sound data logo.storyboard = loading.def ;Logo storyboard definition (optional) intro.storyboard = intro.def ;Intro storyboard definition (optional) select = select.def ;Character and stage selection list fight = Blue VF5 Lifebar/fight.def ;Fight definition filename font1 = f-4x6.def ;System fonts font2 = titf3.fnt font3 = UMMCtitle.fnt font4 = titf1.fnt font5 = titf2.fnt font6 = UMMCitem1.fnt font7 = UMMCitem2.fnt font8 = font/UMMCtitle.fnt ;---------------------------- once you add you life bar save and exit, then see if it work's in the game, i hope this helps.
  7. did you check if it was meant to use with 1.1?, usually that is why it won't work, but if that isn't the case it may be that either you typed the name wrong when you added it to the mugen system file or you may have to change the name.
  8. first of all thank you for sending this tutorial!, and second of all i want to make korvo from the solar opposites and a cat maid named jinny from an atari 2600 game called carot kingdom, i also thought about making rick sanchez.
  9. hello, i'm wanting to make a mugen character sprite sheet, i already have gimp and i am using an old desktop computer so now the only issue i have is figuring out how to make the character sprites/sprite sheet and i would seriously appricciate any and all advice/example's/tutorials/instruction's.
