That would be heavily subjective. People would have different opinions about what makes a version of character the best one. Some would prefer "sprites" over "gameplay", while others prefer the opposite. Some would prefer "comics accurate", while others prefer "balanced" character. For your example, which Supergirl version is the best, I'd say it's Toni's version with Yuunin's CSP, while some may choose the overpowered prospectone's version.

Although I think there are some characters that we would collectively agree that they are bad (cough... ces*rsombr*... cough).

I believe this thread should continue to serve its purpose as "collection": a storage of every character that exists in its category.

Checked inside the zip/rar file, and the reason why the size is huge is because of the backup folder. Deleting this backup file will reduce the size to abt 48mb. This size has included another zip file with the same name. I don't know why there's another zip file inside, but if it is of no use and can be deleted, the size can be even reduced to abt 24mb.

Yes, you are right. I started GL Jessica Cruz by pal-swapping Psylocke. Yolomate perfected the color and Gray Shooter added GL emblem (both are from MMV where it was there the first time I uploaded the palswap to). So, basically, it is more like an edited sprites rather than just a palswap now  (I did more of her, actually, adding aura and editing some moves and changing some "aura" power so that she could resemble original GL Jessica Cruz more, but I lost all the progress due to HDD damage without having the chance to backed it up)

Back to topic, I don't think you need to add only the palswap version since it was only a "pilot" version to Gray's version.

I had the same thing happened while accessing the MF folder. You just have to logout first from your MF profile, then visit the link.
