A really rare Kunio from some SNES game. He was offline for a while until I found his old site. He has 4 buttons, and he has two strikers as well. He doesn't seem to have that many specials, but he can combo very well. He also lacks a decent portrait, but at least he has one. Made by arukari.

I believe this one you posted is from SFC/SNES.  I know because I once mugenized an arcade Kunio in 2010/2011, which looks and plays very differently.
