Ah, that explains it. I'll wait till it goes public in that case.

So far, this character hasn't been made public, and the only way to download it is to ask for his password directly on his Twitter account.  (The author also wants to send a message directly to those who want to download) I think it is better not to update yet

Simply click on the link that says "download page" on his blog, you will then be taken to his OneDrive folder. (Or just use the direct link provided by Kirbey himself two posts above, your choice)
