Does anyone recognize the effect that shows up in this video at 3:36: (the purple effect)

Never seen it before, and I've tried digging several characters to see if I can find anything similar to it but nothing (note that I can't get it from that character since that character is lost)

I also took some screencaps if it helps identifying it

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok so basically Gyuki made an series of videos back in '09 where Doutei, Bikeman and other characters fought

The videos were deleted around 2014ish but you can still see the thumbnail and comments through Nicofinder

What I'm looking for is the version of Doutei seen in this screenshot:

All the "known" versions of Doutei have either Ogai (with or without a mustache) or an unindentified anime character as the character that shows up in the winpose but in this screenshot you can clearly see that it's Dr Volga instead of any of the former

After checking a little bit I figured out that the most likely version to have this would be the 11/05/2009 version though there's no footage available of that version as of right now

So if anyone has it please post a link here, even if it doesn't have Dr Volga it will still be good for archival considering how only the 2011 version of Doutei is available currently

It seems like any download links have completely vanished from the Internet and the only two people who have it which are still active in the community (as far as I know) are electrocaid and SanoTohno.

With a little bit of research I found out where it was been hosted, when was it made and how large is the file (Muvluv Game Server, January 6th 2010, 12.2MB)

I found out where Papa Izumi has had been originally hosted on (http://muvluv-alternative.game-server.cc/cgi-bin/nico-up/src/up6803.zip.html), though the website died a long time ago.

I've spent a hour in total trying to find it, but no results.

I'm quite a fan of dumb Donald edits, so I've been searching really hard for this one, and I've checked an entire gigantic OneDrive almost completely + 2GB of character packs and searching on 4shared and Axfc hoping to find it.

This character is a edit of Chang from KoF, but with a new palette, some new sounds, a few new hitsparks, and can run very fast.

I'd say this was partially inspired by some Gru copypasta which I read.
