I know this thread is nearly a year old but I'd still like to throw my 2 cents in.

Ikemen GO is using an entirely different coding platform from MUGEN, it's in the name. There's a chance the Coding Platform has compatibility issues with the Consoles in question. However, unlike MUGEN which was closed source, Ikemen Go's Open Source nature will make porting much more easy in the future, since you won't have to waste thousands of hours trying to open it up.

Even if they don't make Ikemen GO exclusive content, they can still make the switch. I've played WinMUGEN, 1.0, and 1.1b, speaking from experience, Ikemen GO has to be the most stable of all four I've used. Very minimal crashes or bugs for that matter, I'm sure many others can agree. Not only that but it also has support for features that were broken in 1.0/1.1b, such as FreqMul. On top of also having support for 1.0/1.1b features, including the 1.1b SFF, OpenGL Render, and recently now having Vulkan support.
Sure they may not be making EXCLUSIVE content, they still make the switch regardless because Ikemen GO provides a much more stable experience, and you won't have to play in fear of crashing from simply playing the Arcade Mode.

First off, it's called "Cheapie" not "Cheap" saying Ikemen Go is bad because you can't win a match within 5 seconds is completely absurd. Second. WinMUGEN having 1.0/1.1b downgrade patches is not relevant to your current point. You're just throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks.
I'd go over more points, but it seems everyone else here beat me to it.

NEW STAGE - 3D Rally Racing: Rain
This is the first time I've used Parallax properties for a Stage since "Frog Forest" However, here the Parallax was handled with more care and caution, and isn't the stretched out disaster that Frog Forest became.
I tried to replicate the Source Game, it's not fully 1 to 1, but the Reflections are present.
Animations are present, but it's only 1 but with 2 different variants.
Static Rainfall included, that utilizes Velocity 0,10 + Tile 1,1 to be like the Rainfall in the game.
The game DOES have music, but I didn't think it would work good for a Fighting Game, so it was left out.

NEW STAGE - 4 Wheel Madness: Day
I present to you, yet ANOTHER stage based off ANOTHER game I had a fun time playing while growing up, that was ALSO depressingly short.
This is 4 Wheel Madness, a 2D Truck game, shocker I know.
Shadows were added for the sake of consistency with the props used. Fades out once you're above the stage floor.
It uses only assets from the game in question.
Features Animated pickups from the game.
The only music the game had was for the Menu, so there is no music for this stage at all.

A Series of Stages I had planned for an April Fools gag in 2023. Due to a Real Life Incident (that I do not wish to discuss) this plan was canceled. However recently I've decided to upload what has been finished (Dune Buggy & Mini Mario) and now have decided to go through my backlog and finish the other planned stages (with one getting the boot due it being too limited.)
Obviously these Stages will not be good in visual quality, we're talking about Flash Games for crying out loud.
All Sprites used were ripped directly from the Flash Games in question, no external source.
Dune Buggy and Mini Mario lack animations, yet Candystand Stadium, and Sonic on Angel Island are indeed animated.

Sonic On Angel Island - Hotfix
FIXED AN ERROR INVOLVING INCORRECT SPRITE USE FOR THE BRIDGE.
Also 2 extra bits of decor were added.
Speed of the Fish were increased, so it would look more natural.
also set the Intro BG Elements to delta 0,0 so you can't move away from them.
ResetBG also set to 0.

Back in March 2021, I was considered doing a full edit of Veanko's FP1 Carol Tea but i lost interest in both the edit and M.U.G.E.N. until now after releasing two stages, i decided to turn it into a minor small edit of said char and also months of editing i've added/changed some things thus making it a edit than a small edit
Changes [In no particular order]:
- Updated the 9000,0 Portrait to make it more close to Synck's Lilac
- Added a New Win Portrait (9000,2)
- Added a KOFXI lifebar portrait (9000,11)
- More effects from Synck's Lilac that i forgot
- Added LV2 & LV3 Hyper Sparks
- Replaced some sounds sounds with the ones from the game
- Hitsparks are no longer big
- Make the Bike more quieter (acording to feedback from Staubhold on a Carol Tea's 10 year old release thread mugen guild)
- Included a CMD for Tag Teams for IKEMEN GO, if Cycling Around Upside Down breaks TAG Teams
- Special Intro with herself now properly works in simul
- Some stuff that im too lazy as fuck to mention
Changes before the Update:
- New 9000,0 Portrait to mach with Synck's Lilac
- Added some Palettes that went unused in Freedom Planet and a few new ones
- Added a new win quote for Lord Brevon
- replaced the hitsparks/sounds with the ones from Synck's lilac
- Sash Lilac Special Intro Patch by Synck is also Pre-Patched

I came across this stage made by Alexei after seeing it in a MUGEN video Dissidia posted on April Fools day, and with the always expanding list of things the IKEMEN GO engine is capable of doing, an idea popped into my head.
I had to remove all the frames in the original SFF that made the animation on the TV display, then I had to download and resize/trim the original Fabulous Secret Powers video from Vimeo before converting it to a WEBM file. and with the magic of IKEMEN, this stage can now fully run a whole video file. while 16MB is still pretty large for a MUGEN stage, the original was roughly 150mb(!), so the difference in file size is incredible.

YoDog made a handful of nice mock-ups and sketches, with a strong desire to team up. So we'll probably end up doing some more collaborative stages. He usually handles the concept, the sketch, and the main sprites. I take care of the code, polish the details, and add some new minor sprites.
All stages come with super jump, parallax floor, animation, looped BGM, 1.1 (with zoom & no zoom) and 1.0 option files.

Howdy ya'll. It's been a long time.
So after many moons of ... mooning.
I've finally started to re-make my character creation tutorial.
I'm making good progress, and through a series of youtube polls everyone agreed on a MVC style Terry Bogard as the test subject.

Episode 1 will be about building the SFF, and alignment. I go over using pre-ripped sprites (as per request) from someone like Kong who has ripped sprites in single files. and how to do it from a sprite sheet as well.
Episode 2 will be about animations and hitboxes
Episode 3 will be gameplay mechanics, normal moves, special moves, and I think I snuck the hyper move into it as well.
i'm currently working on Episode 4.
and again NONE of these episodes are public. I just have like 30gb of raw footage i have to edit and stuff.
