CHANGES FOR THE VERSION 3.0
1- NEW EFFECTS
I've been working since last year - the new effects for the project Mega Man - Robot Master Mayhem.
No more too bright effects and heavy SFF - now we are back to the roots of MVC1, with other different games on the mix. I've been gathering and testing new effects and I liked the result.
Also, some hypers on Axl were changed, to give him more dramatic feeling.
The next version will be released in December 19. Are you ready?
2 - NEW CHARACTERS
We will have some new playable characters for that version, which includes a fan favorite - PHARAOH MAN.

Mega Man - Robot Master Mayhem
Unlike the normal Mega Man games, this is a fighting game in versus style, highly influenced by games like Marvel vs. Capcom.
The game includes, for the last version (2.5.1)
• 22 playable characters, including names like Mega Man, Proto Man, Snake Man, Metal Man, Enker, Quint and others.
• Several classic bosses of the series, such as Yellow Devil, Hyper Storm H and others
• Power Sets: Almost all characters, except some cases explained in game history, have the ability to choose from 6 different types of powers / weapons, in addition to special attacks
• History, with introduction and end, for each character
• Unique stages for each character, with its characteristic soundtrack
Take control of your favorite Megaman characters to stop the Evil Dr. Wily from conquering the Earth.

To celebrate my 17th birthday in Mugen, I'm releasing Killer Croc, in partnership with the Jmaxximus, a great friend and great artist - and you can wait for more content coming this partnership. This character was custom voiced by HyperVoiceActing, which did a great job in my humble opinion.
His gameplay follows my custom MVC-ish style + my grab system which I calls VEGSYS.
What is VEGSYS?
VEGSYS, Versus Grab System, is a wrestler grab system from old-school wrestling games, that I liked on the past, and I’ve decide to bring it back. Basically, you can fight normal as a versus character but, wiht this system, you can grab your opponent (who remain on that position for a short time) and there choose what you want to do with the poor victim Smiley
There is a lot of moves on this mode, some are exclusive for this mode, some aren’t avaliable. Please check the README for further instructions.

Killer Croc is an enemy of Batman with incredible super-strength and a crocodile-like appearance.
This mutation was originally a birth defect, although he becomes more reptilian over time due to genetic experimentation.
Despite his brutal savagery and heightened reflexes, his animalistic mentality results in lower intelligence.
He has been a member of the Secret Society of Super-Villains and spends most of his time imprisoned in Arkham Asylum.
Killer Croc was created by Gerry Conway and Gene Colan, first appearing in Batman #357. (1983)

I decided to revive an old project I had with Zvitor - Battle Stormer Classics.
For those who doesn't know the project:

==== MECHANICS ====
One of the things I've changed on this project is that now it works only as a boss rush. This means no more Versus, team versus or Survivor matches. Now there is only Arcade, Team Arcade and Team Co-op.
With this, you don't even face the playable characters anymore - only the bosses. This gives me more freedom to code the bosses and gives me less work. The game never were planned to work as a normal mugen anyway.
==== LIFEBARS ====
New lifebars were made by Exelord (WIP).
And them were moved to the bottom area, as many feedback had suggested. This gives more room to the fight itself.
==== NEW PLAYABLE CHARACTERS ====
- Red Ranger
- Tyris (Golden Axe)
- Foot Soldier (TMNT)
And some others I want to code, like the protagonist of SkyBlazer.

– More health (no more 1 combo kill) and consecutive hit block
– Better AI (uses more than 1 hyper move now)
– Progressive AI behaviour: If the first round is lost, it will get more aggressive, “Eye Shot” now uses 5 projectiles and earns a new move “Big laser” (AI only). Thanks MGMURROW for the laser sprites.
WARNING:
Since its a boss char, any custom state move (such grabs and others) won’t hit it. plus, this char can’t block.
To hurt it, you need to hit it’s eye.
This version is more recent than the last released in RMM.

For those who have problems viewing the thumbnails of certain image formats, such as .PCX, .PSD and others, there is a very good and free solution: SageThumbs.
You can even convert files on a right-click menu
It supports a lot of file formats and has translation for many languages

And if you are looking for a good image viewer, light and fast (specially with .PSD files), I suggest IrfanView. Irfan View is a tool I use since the early days, is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 , 2008, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
I mainly use it to open PSD files (way faster than Photoshop), extracting frames from animated gifs and pretty fast batch conversion between formats.
