    Some notes:
    MASA's FF1 Terry and Geese are actually conversions of the SNES version. He also made an SNES FFS Terry, Geese and Ryo.

    MIYABI's Axel Hawk has a hidden Dragon Ball Z mode.

    3ha's Sokaku has a hidden Donovan mode.

    In addition to Terry, NyanKiryu made an offline version of FFS Duck King.

    Mo-Mo Dainamaitu is from the SNES game Little Master.

    SFXVI is not really a pirate game and more of a proto-MUGEN on the Sharp X6000. Both Bater, Namihei and Nise Ryu came from that game. 

     

    In addition to his SF2 boss characters, GCNMario also made the SNES versions, which are bundled with the regular arcade versions.

     

    Shouldn't Evil Ryu and Violent Ken be in the main section, since Capcom added them to Ultra Street Fighter II? (Speaking of which, I'm surprised no one ever ported them to MUGEN)

     

    MASA's Ken is included with both versions of Ryu.

    Omegapsycho only made T.Hawk, Viga, E. Honda and Balrog. All the other projects in red were WIPs he was working on before he disappeared.

    In addition to the back modes already mentioned in Warusaki3's characters, Ryu has an Evil Ryu mode, Akuma has a Shin Akuma mode, Geese has a Nightmare Geese mode, Sakura has a Sunburnt Sakura mode, M. Bison has a Final Bison mode, and Zangief has a Mecha-Zangief mode.
