Aruruu is a keep away lightning spammer. She's easy if you stay away and throw fireballs though. I wonder if Eruruu is the same way. I'll download her when someone finds the patch.

I'm surprised to see someone from that anime in mugen.

I'm glad the Shimon's edit of Tamaki is cheap. I like fighting cheap ai and now I have a character for the Convention Center stage. She has big health and will counter whatever attack you use. You can bait out the counter and combo her.
