Correct you are, I used Jesuszilla's MegaMan Zero for ref. but he only had 3 red colors and Squall had 5 colors of black so I made the other 2 be the color of MegaMan Zero's hair.

your ears happen to be correct, Kyo's XII and XIII voice never changed,so thats why they sound the same.
