Lol yeah that was what I was going for. I'm also finding away to make his flesh look rotten I added a video on the first post with a new intro where he transforms and a palette randomizer I invented

Since not much people are interested I'll scrap this I also got bored on One Piece mugen so I will start coding more custom marvel characters which will be MVC inspired

I added a better video on my previous post I removed the palfx and used remap pal so that only his skin glows. Also changed the smoke fx

Yeah I tried doing that and It ended up looking the same way but I don't have steady hands for graphics and sprites so I used scale2x as it is Thanks bro but its far from done hope. Enjoy the character for now :)

For my new character I'll be practicing my sprite editing so that I can expand the characters I want to do. Thanks for the support bro but i have no chance on winning cause not a lot of people like custom gameplays. I bet you the most accurate one will win. BIG BOSS even said on my cell video that its a typical shitty DBZ character with ton of effects without even trying it. I respect his works but he hated mine without trying it. I know you can't demand respect but not lot of people like my works especially the elite on guild.
