  1. After departing from Mirfah and the others, the man continues on his way. (Just by the way they're talking, I can tell the kid's not gonna hear the end of it.) (Man, I know that feeling all too well.)
  2. Oh, it's nothing. I figured he was new around here, so I thought I'd help him out. And funny you should ask. Before you found him, I was actually on my way taking him there. The man's attention turns towards Elizabeth for a moment, noticing the way she's acting. Well, she seems to be rather...strange.
  3. @Agni Blackheart As they're walking, the man in red notices the three ahead of them. Hey, you know these guys?
  4. "Warriors Hangout", huh? I think I've ran by there a few times before. It's a unique looking building, at least compared to its surroundings. It's hard to miss it. Well, I guess we ought to start moving.
  5. Yeah, it's a pretty big town. If you're not familiar with the area, things like this are possible. Alright, I'll tell you what. I'm feeling a bit generous today, so I suppose I could try to the best of my ability to give a hand. Hopefully I could be of some assistance. At what point did you realize you were lost, and were there any standout locations around?
  6. The person Mirfah bumped into stopped afterwards. He was a tall man with two outstanding features: his long silver-colored hair, and his large red coat. No big deal. Don't worry about it. Actually, I couldn't help but overhear what you were saying as you were approaching this way. You looking for somebody?
  7. Joseph and the three heroic spirits follow the others as they enter the city. Much like the rest, they are admiring the scenery as they walk through it. Nice! Now this is more my style! It seems like these cities just keep getting bigger and bigger every time I return. This place is certainly nothing like what I used to live in.
  8. Well, then. Nice to meet you Elizabeth. No worries, we were hesitant to reveal ourselves as well, due to the rules and regulations that we normally have to follow. That's odd. You seem to have a master, unlike the rest of us. How could that be?
  9. Wait, Lancer? You wouldn't happen to be a Heroic Spirit, would you?
  10. Well, that one's down. Now to worry about what's left... Lancer takes notice of the wound inflicted upon Lightflare, and rushes towards him and the creature. He thrusts his spear towards the creature as he's moving over there.
  11. Nice! That certainly makes my job easier. Joseph gets near the now grounded enemy, and is prepared to unleash a barrage of swings from his Hamon-infused clackers.
  12. Well, wasn't expecting you to end up with two blades... Well, no matters. I also can duel wield! Joseph pulls out the other pair of clackers he owns. The spheres on both pairs can be seen lighting up; a result of him transmitting Hamon into them so the blows will be deadlier. Meanwhile, while the creature is focused on Joseph, Saber fires a wind-based projectile towards it with a swing from her sword.
  13. The four back away a small bit so they can avoid being too close to the fire caused by the lantern. Seeing as we have no safe options for putting this out, our best choice is to try to kill this creature quickly before the fire spreads too much for us move ahead. Archer throws his two swords out from his sides, hoping for them to home in on the creature, as if they were similar to boomerangs. Meanwhile, Joseph keeps a close eye on the creature as it comes closer, almost as if he's planning an attack on the creature. Ah, looks like someone was up for it after all!
  14. The three Heroic Spirits, along with Joseph, raise their guards, in preparation for potential incoming attacks. Lancer can now be seen holding a red-colored Spear, while a pair of twin blades, on black and the other white, form in Archer's hands. Saber is holding the invisible sword once more, while Joseph is wielding a rather unusual choice of weaponry: a pair of clackers. Seems we're unable to catch a break today. Alright, who's ready for a challenge?
  15. @Mister Fael Well, the "spirit" part is more or less just part of the title. Even though we're called "Heroic Spirits," when we're summoned, we appear in flesh and blood, just like any other being would. The primary difference is that we need our masters to supply us with mana to keep us alive. Well, that's how things usually are, anyways.
  16. @Mister Fael Hmm? Oh, right. My apologies. We didn't properly introduce ourselves, did we? I'm Shirou Emiya; frequently referred to as an Archer. My name is Artoria Pendragon, otherwise known as Saber. And I'm Cu Chulainn of the Lancer class. There anything we can help you with?
  17. Well, I suppose with the way things are turning out to be, this doesn't seem like the usual situation we're put in. Meaning none of those dumb regulations we have to follow for once. Right. Well, anyways, in our world there is a competition known as the "Holy Grail War," which is essentially what is known as a battle royale. The last one standing is rewarded with the Holy Grail, which will supposedly grant them any one wish that they desire. However, these people don't fight alone. They must summon a Heroic Spirit, a notable figure from history or legend, to aid them in battle. However, it is normally against the rules for a Heroic Spirit to share their identity with anyone else aside from their master, otherwise those familiar with whoever the Heroic Spirit is could know what attacks and abilities to look out for, or possibly in worse cases, their weaknesses if their story reveals them to have one. Now you're probably wondering what Heroic Spirits we are. Well, I'll let the others speak for themselves, but my name is Cu Chulainn; otherwise known as a Lancer. I was born in Ulster, Ireland as the son of the Celtic god, Lugh. In my time I have slain the Hound of Culain, a guard dog with the strength of ten men, and have single-handedly defended Ulster from the armies of enemy Kingdoms. However, my life was destined to be rather short. Eventually the Queen of Connacht, Medb conspired for plans to have me killed, and I was put to death by a magic-forged spear. My name is Artoria Pendragon, otherwise known as King Arthur. I was destined to lead Britain after being the one to pull the sword Caliburn out of the stone of appointment, since, according to prophecy, the one who did so was to be be appointed as Britain's next King. However, due to the role of King being affiliated with males, I concealed my true identity from the public. Only those close to me, and the knights I lead knew the truth. As a Heroic Spirit, I am classified as a Saber. I suppose that just leaves me. Well, I'm the Heroic Spirit, Shirou Emiya. However, unlike the others, I'm a bit different. I lived through the Fifth Holy Grail War. Not only that, but I was actually one of the Magi competing. In fact, Saber was my servant. Lancer and...my older self were also among the Heroic Spirits involved that time around. Anyways, once I had become involved, I had only one goal: obtain the Holy Grail, and use it to help me become a hero. Unfortunately, as things turn out, the Grail isn't what it seems. In reality, it has been corrupted, and carries out the wishes through destruction. After destroying the Grail rather than using it, I decided to carry out my wish to become a hero to the best of my own ability. What followed was a terrible-feeling and unsatisfactory life of doing nothing but stopping those who planned to hurt others. Essentially, I was killing the few in order to save the majority. Ultimately, despite my efforts to make the world a better and safer place, I was branded as a criminal. Eventually, I was captured and executed, leading to the end of my story before becoming a Heroic Spirit classified as an Archer.
  18. While continuing to follow Nemesis's lead, the man in green decides to give himself a proper introduction next. Well, I suppose I ought to introduce myself as well. The name's Joseph Joestar. If you thought the upbringings of these guys were interesting, well you're in for something else now. I'll try to keep things as short as possible for you. Anyways, I have inherited the ability to use a special energy called Hamon from my grandfather. After being tasked with stopping the Pillar Men, a race of powerful---and pretty weird looking---beings, from gaining "ultimate power," I trained to master my skills with Hamon. It was quite an adventure, involving things like clackers, pranking, traveling to different countries, chariot races, kamikazeing air planes into volcanoes, blasting people into space using a special stone and reentering the atmosphere afterwards because I too was launched into space...yeah, they were some pretty tough battles. Especially the last one. Because of it I now have this! Joseph begins moving the fingers of his left hand around. While doing so, they emit a mechanical "clicking" sound. After showing off his mechanical hand for a few seconds, Joseph returns to his story in order to wrap it up. I made new friends....lost some friends....found out my Hamon training mentor---who I also peeked on through a keyhole---was my mother.... Well, it wasn't all bad. I also found the love of my life! I was supposed to return to America with her soon, but, you know. Portal troubles. She must be worried sick about where I've went. Hopefully I can find my way back sooner rather than later.
  19. What exactly would the point of sticking together be if we weren't willing to work together? I think it's better to ensure that we can all communicate properly instead.
  20. I agree. We have quite a colorful group of people gathered here now. Maybe this can be an opportunity to find out why everybody here is so crazy!
  21. Oh, calm down. I was just answering his questions. Anyways, by all means, lead the way.
  22. For now, you can just refer to me as Archer. I suppose we could all end up helping each other out. You can tag along. Just don't make any more brash assumptions like you did here.
  23. Don't misunderstand. When two knights are facing off, all actions should solely be between them. While respectable in its own right, she's more fixated towards chivalry than any other. It gets obnoxious quite often. I'm just glad to see that there are others here who can think properly.
  24. Why are my words only now starting to connect with you? I don't appreciate the interruption, either. The man in red walks up to them. Would you knock it off already? This entire situation has escalated worse than it should have. Put your sword away too. It was foolish to reveal it like that, since it could potentially reveal your identity. I'd be careful of such things until we know what exactly is going on here.
