► BUT, I will be honest it's one of those edits that's up to interpretation. meaning, this may not look paradisical as it says while to some it might. for, me I came up with this idea to make a edit like this because, I noticed there just simply weren't enough EVE visual edits.

BUT, because I had some inspiration from pinterest as well lol I loved heavenly, white, angelic doll-like monochrome soft aesthetics and thought why not put that into a screenpack and call it paradisiacal version because, why not it looks aesthetically pleasing to me and I like to add some elements that this may not be entirely heavenly since there is a little bit of dark themes.

╰┈➤ It is finally here.
But, before we start if you read the title. you read it right, it is 1.1b SO if you don't have the PC or the requirements to run a mugen this big on a BETA version of M.U.G.E.N you are free to enjoy the previous installment which is the one with 3000+ characters and it is strictly 1.0 (there is a 1.1b version of it but that's strictly optional.)

NOW, let's begin....
First things first. I know some of you are confused, as to why another project is 1.1b despite me having a avid hatred for this version of mugen. well, it's because it's not that I am liking this version. it's because in order to do any project nowadays when it comes to mugen I have NO choice but to go to 1.1b. I have exhausted my place in the 1.0 (most stable) version of MUGEN because no one is really making a strictly 1.0 mugen character anymore. it feels like nowadays, it's somewhat the most ignored version of mugen for the most LATEST mugen characters aka more up to do mugen characters are now officially 1.1b

So, LUCKILY by the grace of god. I have a gaming PC to make this all possible, and I also have 32gb of RAM. BUT, for some of you it may not be as simple as that. I did already pre-install the 4gb ram fix mod unto this but I cannot guarantee anything since everyone's PC is different which is why I stated in the beginning for everyone to just get the 1.0 version of the previous installment of this largest KOF series. that being said, enough of the blabbler. 

I will admit this project looks amazing, but I can't say it's 100% flawless as you can notice some gaps, but even so, they aren't TOO noticable and you can easily fix those as I did provide a tutorial after all on how to fix it. also to prevent any confusion some chars you will see from other franchises but that's because they are either apart of the cvs or snk category that is tied to KOF regardless either way. I'm still proud of this project nonethless, because this is the final time I will make the LARGEST KOF MUGEN collection, unless somehow someone makes; thousands of more NEW KOF character then we shall see but for now enjoy and here's how this mugen is:

Expect cheapies as per usual. and, since this is on 1.1b expect the following as well (which is literally the reasons why I HATE 1.1b):

- Crashes may happen
- Lag or slowdowns can occur, especially on big rosters
- Fullscreen/resolution bugs? Yep, they exist
- Some characters/stages may not load or behave right (wanted to mention this again)
- Memory errors are possible if you overload content (so if you add more be careful!)
- Try lowering settings or removing high-res stuff if issues pop up

This build is provided as-is — no promises, just vibes.

It's fine, it does this when too many people do try to download. I sometimes forget my subscribers aren't everywhere but there is a method to fix this ill take from my FAQ and put it here:

Q: "I am having issues dowloading your mugen, it says Sorry you can't view or download this file at this time"
╰┈➤ A: No problem, when this happens you have MANY options:
You can wait a bit until it is clear to download
Don't want to wait try this method

Final Resort Method: 

⟢ On the upper right, click on Organize/add to my drive and add a shortcut

⟢ Create a new folder

⟢ Put the shortcut inside that folder

⟢ From your own google drive page, right click the folder and download it

⟢ You'll have to wait for google to zip the file, but at least now it's downloadable.

so I am not sure if people are even paying attention to my rosters/content on here. but as of recently, a MUGEN YouTuber by the name of 
@AuMiO VXC found out I had like 3 non-working links for M.U.G.E.N

1 I did manage to fix and it was a DBZ mugen the other two are much more complicated.

• MUGEN Battle Extreme [FLEX][Monster] COMPLETED version Roster (apparently that shit deleted somehow IDK anymore)
• Eternal Figther vs. Queen Of Fighter (I deadass can't unshorten the url and don't know WHICH mediafire account that is on.)

If someone has these let me know but for now I think the only thing I can find maybe thru 20+ mediafire accounts is Eternal Fighter vs queen of fighter lmao. but the 1st mugen I might have to remake.

Regardless, point still stands. if anyone knows any more mugens with dead links please let me know. because believe it or not, with a lot of mugens I made there is no surprise that there would be dead links lying around since I be forgetting about some of em ngl.

It's important because I plan to archive all my mugens to archive.org but first, I need to buy a 4tb to 7tb drive for my M.U.G.E.Ns since I made about 100+ mugen compilations. and that doesn't include screenpacks. I will archive those though as well thru getuploader.

I would ALSO like to add that if you go thru posts of my mugen rosters thru full-games and see the links aren't working, check on my website first or, check the description of the video for that mugen just in case.

This mugen consists of ONLY 6000+ cheap, overpowered, crazy AI-controlled characters. meaning, this mugen is the craziest one yet, crazier than the winmugen cheapie project of 3000+ characters. There is not (well, somewhat) a single balanced character on the site, so if you are part of the balanced fighting game community, this will literally have you either fuming or shitting your pants. So, I definitely recommend steering away from this MUGEN. I WILL admit though that realistically, there's over 5000+ cheapies in this mugen meaning, while this is 99% cheapies there is that 1% that is normal BUT not really normal but like semi-balanced and semi-crazy. so expect that.
 

The stages are over 900+ because with a project like this, this is more focused on the characters therefore stages don't matter in this case. here are some more descriptive disclaimers and warnings when obtaining this mugen:

• Use at Your Own Risk
  These characters may crash the game, freeze the screen, or cause unresponsiveness due to extreme coding or infinite loops.
   
• Not for Low-End PCs
  Many cheap/OP characters consume high CPU or RAM usage and can cause lag or system slowdown, especially on older machines.
   
• May Break Arcade/Survival Modes
  Some characters auto-win rounds, instantly kill opponents, or stall indefinitely, making modes like Arcade or Survival pointless or unplayable.

I'm curious to see if mugen coruscation hold at least the same amount of slots of SVCUM 2009 Hi-Res Edition 1.0 (5228 slots) and well as you can see it's possible. too bad it is only winmugen plus, but once I master converting winmugen plus to 1.0 then we shall see the result of it becoming 1.0

Here's some notes by me: I had to remove the "select your character" sprite and put them in a slow moving background because it was a LITERAL pain in the ass to get each 60+ frame to be larger and in the right position. 

This edit was by far the most pain the ass edit I've ever done but it is truly better than nothing. next up will be the legacy edit soon one day.  I will make a preview/roster out of these screenpacks soon.

So I've been trying to look for this edit of winmugen default for a while now, but no one seems to know? if not can anyone at least give me something similar or, give me a template on how to make it like this? I know majority of the chars on the screenshot, so I was thinking to re-create this roster and release it

I would like to add this game is so worth it, this was one of the mugens me and my brother played nonstop and we never got tired of it. until eventually, we lost our laptop privileges. either way...

"You might have to do some tweaking to get this running on newer systems. Windows XP or older should have no problem." but I think you should be able to run this regardless. it's been year since I've seen a mugen look like this so who knows might some tweaks to this.

Yes, you are seeing it. a very rare mugen, that was pretty big back then. for, it was considered a large collection that was a available at that time. the description for it goes like this:

MUGEN (800+ Characters; 400+ Stages), 
This mid-2000s compilation has an... interesting assortment of characters. There's a lot of characters from the Japanese MUGEN fullgame Nijikaku, a lot of questionable Latin American DBZ characters who would go on to become popular on sites like SaltyBet, a little bit of vintage 4chan even, you name it. Combined with the Kanye track blasting at you the moment you enter the select screen, this is 2006 at its prime.
While this was originally uploaded to Deadfrog Anime Torrents in October 2006, most of its exposure comes from an August 2007 Pirate Bay upload, where it was called "MUGEN (800+ Characters; 400+ Stages)"

A couple of things to keep in mind: there are really only 223 (installed) stages, not 400, and the game's set to max speed by default (which you can configure by going to the options screen from the main menu).

 people so I decided to do something similar to ☄My Winmugen Red, B&W, Gold & Mysteries Cheapie Mugen Rosters! except with my own screenpack creations why? well why not. I see this is somewhat well received as I could barely download these mugens myself anymore thus a lot of traffic is going unto these to this day.

Either way, I will be very honest with you guys. these are my personal mugen rosters, meaning these are just rosters I made on my own time. so I will admit some of these chars are flawed and will cause crashes like a lot because I have so many of those characters aka cheapies.
