  1. Be wary, this includes legit footage of a guy falling to his death in his SGS.  If you don't wanna see that shit go to his Statedef -1 in his .cmd_cms file and indent this line of code:

    1. [State -1, 飛病火車]
    2. type = ChangeState
    3. value = 4000
    4. triggerall = Var(59) = 0
    5. triggerall = Statetype != A
    6. triggerall = Power >= 3000
    7. triggerall = (Command = "syungokusatu") || (Command = "start")
    8. trigger1 = Ctrl
    9. trigger2 = (StateNo = [200,599])

    Also indent the command for the move in the same file.

  2. EDIT: Ok I'm gonna admit that was kind of a dickishly impossible request so sorry to anybody that tried.

    Anyway I'll cut to the chase. I'm looking S-Cirno by Karakuyakumi, which seems to have disappeared entirely from the internet when it went offline.

    And before you guys suggest it, the version you guys got archived is Moiky's. Karakuyakumi's has a few gameplay elements that Moiky's doesn't due to it being very incomplete.

  3. The Sendspace alt links are malicious files. chrome told me so and blocked them and i cant get the code entries to work for the axfc uploader, i entered the 3 catchpa letters just like it said as well.

    Use the niconico link instead for the axfc uploader, just copy/paste what's in the description and it should work.

  4. Some Guild feedback (not mine btw, credit to this guy)

    'STARS' in readme states it needs Quarter Circle Back, Half Circle Forward, Y.  The CMD states it's A instead.  One or the other should change.

    The command for 'Javert's Suicide' is listed as Down, Down, B.  Yet somehow, this isn't consistent.  It's easier to do it via quarter circles back or forwardx2, because somehow the flip-kick takes priority when you do Down, Down, B.  Marius's 'Downward Punch' is similar.

    Marius's 'Rising Dragon' seems to launch to different heights when used on it's own, launched after a punch, or launched after a kick.  Kick launches the highest.

    The Y+B launchers seem outright useless for purpose.  Too slow, no range.

  5. Nope. The filesize is still the same (bull, I know). He just has the fix in a seperate "patch" is all.

    The amusing thing is that he could really shorten the filesize if he moved the extra stuff like the stage, music, and the demo videos into a separate folder. Also making the sounds in the snd file mono would also shave the size too.

    EDIT: and now that I've seen it I have to share that win quote with the world

  6. Mass:

    Have you ever played the source games of Mass chars or are you simply guessing? Like, 70% off his chars are based on games that are completely rubbish on the gameplay department, completely broken and most of the time with unreliable controls, and Mass not only makes them completely playeable, he makes them enjoyable. He does custom versions, but only of really bad source material.

    If you only take into consideration his Daraku Tenshi, Rabbit, Groove on Fight, Dankuga and Golden Axe The Duel conversions, you may have it right, but most of the rest are corrected/improved over the source material.

    Like his Miku, it not only plays nothing like Tao Taido, it actually have multiple custom modes, with various gameplay styles for you to choose.

    Believe me, I've not only played them, I've wroten FAQs for some of them, because they where so obscure and rubbish that no one wanted to have this much effort.

    The point of the first one flew by your skull so I'll address this one.

    Mass implemented only 5 specials from Miku's source game because he knows that MUGEN characters are abnormal with a ton of specials  I don't recall any custom modes so what the hell are you talking about.

    Boggy isn't based off of Dankuga, It's his Global Champion version.

    Jackie Chan is pretty much source accurate, so is Hiryu. Also the games they're from aren't terrible.

    In fact aside from custom supers they're as accurate as they come.

  7. Thanks, Werewood.

    And besides is a bad idea for someone hidding the original title, Astro Boy as been said is way too different from the source material and analizing it carefully it's more like a rip-off than a dub.

    It have Tezuka's artworks, but still have most of his ideas removed.

    So, it's just the body and is souless.

    Uran is NOT a treat for fans of Astro Boy, but fans of Tezuka's original work which is being obscured due the lack of importation of full subbed episodes.

    It's a bad idea wanting to force in the wiki page that she is based off Astro Boy, after all the truth should not replaced with misleading information regardless if the author despises the dub.

    There are even games which never got localized like Tetsuwan Atom for SNES.

    And you guys of M.U.G.E.N Database can't claim that Kid Atlas would be originated from Astro Boy since the character was omitted from the dub in the first place.

    The DVDs had scenes which got removed from the original Tetsuwan Atom which they subbed for the extras, but it doesn't change the fact that Kid Atlas was still exclusive to Tetsuwan Atom while Astro Boy don't got it dubbed.

    There would no arguments if you guys of M.U.G.E.N Database did the right thing from the start instead of just going for the dub and reffusing to accept the truth.

    Locking the entry and forbidding the truth to be tould was pointless.

    christ you couldn't just have it be about the character huh.

  8. Man I hate the quoting system here.

    >>>* It's clear that the dragon sprite during his Rising Dragon is cropped at the bottom. I don't know if it's source-accurate or not. But if not, you shouldn't use a cropped sprite in mid-air.

    It is not. Granted, that might just be a sprite ripping problem since getting sprites from this game (and sounds) is a pain.

    Can't really say anything about the speed on my end since the source suffers from emulation problems in current MAME builds. The opponent shouldn't be able to air recover from first hit of Samurai Slashes and his basics should cancel.
