    ...many things were said...
another is the lack of necessary basics to make the char at least competitive...like No crouch attacks, not jump attacks..except Igniz or Motaro they are enough powerful...but like Mustapha or Vice T by Maniac..they would be better if they have crouch attacks...when they fight against smaller chars or when a crouch attack is needed they become really weak..
I expect somebody one day creates them better..that was the third update for each of them and the author never add crouch attack...

Characters with cheap pallette modes. Seriously, when you have it set to where the AI will randomly choose a color in Arcade mode, and you happen to fight a character with a cheap pallette selected, it tends to ruin the entire arcade run. Another one is characters who don't stay down when KO'd. This makes matches so much harder in Simul mode because the character might bounce around and attack you, or you'll be focused on the KO'd character as they're bouncing around, allowing their partner to attack you freely. M3's Angelia does this sometimes, and you can at least knock her away, but 2580shota's Steamboat Willie always does this and it can result in the team he's on winning because he can't be knocked down due to his super armor, you will focus on him, and he will loop the attack he's doing.

I honestly don't see how people can claim that their creations are private, and only share it with a friend. You still technically made it public, but only to people that you selected. The worst example of this is the Kula edit, Frozen Heart, the author (Pandacialake) no longer has her anymore, but demands that it be kept private. The worst part is that he gave it to not one, not two, but three people. A YouTuber named Buraido, someone on deviantart named, Ierukah, and suppossidly his older brother, according to the artist.

I apologize if this sounds like I'm being a jerk, I have no quarrel with anyone, but it's bad enough we have dead W.I.P, it's bad enough we have characters that are hard to find, it's bad enough some characters are forever offline, but I swear the biggest blight in the Mugen community is private edits/characters. >:-(

    International Tauros
    Normal
    Intimidate/Anger Point (Hidden: Sheer Force)
    Base Stats: 75/100/95/40/70/110

    Himecan Tauros
    Rock
    Rock Head (Hidden: Reckless)
    Base Stats: 75/120/85/20/70/120 (+0/+20/-10/-20/+0/+10)

Flavor Text: Tauros in the Himeca region are bred in the fields outside of major cities, where the ancient Himecans had to transport them for sale. From this came the cultural "Running of the Tauros" tradition held every year, where Tauros are released onto the streets of Plonpam City. Unlike their international counterparts, Himecan Tauros were specifically bred in olden times for their speed sturdiness, which made them more appealing for Tauros-riding and Tauros-fighting events, traditions that are also held every year.

    Notable move loses: N/A
Notable move gains: Head Smash, Rock Blast, Rock Polish, Smack Down

Extra: The king of Gen 1 back with a much needed makeover. While Tauros may not be able to spam recharge-free Hyper Beams anymore, having a respectable speed tier and attack stat, along with recoil-less STAB Head Smash and Wild Charge gives it a new lease on life as an offensive powerhouse. On the flip side, Reckless can further bolster Head Smash & Wild Charge's damage output at the expense of massive recoil if need be, though Rock Head will probably be the preferred option.

    Sample calcs;
    252 Atk Life Orb Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 172-203 (51.4 - 60.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery 252 Atk Life Orb Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 244 HP / 216+ Def Tangrowth: 191-226 (47.5 - 56.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery -1 252 Atk Life Orb Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Landorus-T: 156-185 (40.8 - 48.4%) -- 10.9% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery 252 Atk Life Orb Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 196 HP / 0 Def Buzzwole: 227-269 (56.1 - 66.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock 252 Atk Life Orb Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Magearna: 133-156 (44.1 - 51.8%) -- 71.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock 252+ Atk Choice Band Tauros-H Head Smash vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Zygarde: 161-190 (45 - 53.2%) -- 34.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

EDIT: From here on out, I'm instituting a new rule with regards to regional formes, for consistency with how Sun & Moon handled the Alola formes:

When changing the base stats, each stat cannot exceed -30/+30 difference from the base forme's corresponding stat. You can, however, reallocate multiple stats so long as each individual stat does not exceed the -30/+30 limit.

Another idea based on this image:

    International Alakazam
    Psychic
    Synchronize/Inner Focus (Hidden: Magic Guard)
    Base stats: 55/50/45/135/95/120

    Himecan Alakazam
    Fighting
    Limber/Vital Spirit (Hidden: Rough Skin)
    Base stats: 55/135/95/50/45/120

Flavor text: Alakazam native to the Himeca region have lived their entire lives in the vast expanse of desert. Normally, these frail Pokemon would be unable to survive the harsh climate without continuously maintaining their psychokinetic power, thus it became necessary for them to improve their stamina in order to survive. Folk tales say that one such Alakazam spent 40 days alone in the desert in a meditative state. Because of this, these Pokemon, as well as Himecan Abra & Kadabra, have become known as the desert hermits by the people of Himeca. Those who seek to hone their body and mind will wander the desert in search of these Pokemon.

Notable move additions: Close Combat, Bulk Up, Karate Chop, Counter

    So to start off the discussion;

    Himecan Aegislash
    Steel/Grass
    Hyper Cutter/Battle Armor (Hidden: Moxie)
    60/140/140/60/60/60

Flavor text: It is said that the Aegislash of the Himeca region are the remnants of the wooden weapons of the ancient Himecan people, the spirits of their leaders continuing to possess these artifacts to the present day. As such, Himecan Aegislash are still revered by the modern day people of the Himeca region as a symbol of the ancient civilizations that once spread across the land. The wood composing their bodies have managed to withstand the elements over generations, keeping them in pristine condition. Folk legend states that the markings on Himecan Aegislash are actually the stains left behind from fallen warriors slain by these weapons, which fuels this Pokemon's aggressive nature.

Notable move gains: Leaf Blade, Spiky Shield, Razor Leaf, Grassy Terrain, Giga Drain, Ingrain

Prior to the release of Sun & Moon, many people were hyped for the Alolan formes of older Pokemon, as we would be seeing Gamefreak adding a new twist on some old favorites. Now that the games are finally out, many were disappointed to find out that only 10 fully evolved Alolan formes exist in the game. Don't you wish this concept was expanded upon? Nows your chance!

Some rules to keep in mind when making proposals:
Try to be reasonable in your ideas. To put it simple, no Huge Power Alolan Slaking or Wonder Guard Alolan Spiritombs or anything along those lines. When posting an idea on an Alolan forme, you must post the base stats and ability/type changes. Keep in mind that when dealing with Alolan formes, the base stat totals of the Alolan forme must be equal to the base stat total of the base forme. When changing the base stats, each stat cannot exceed -30/+30 difference from the base forme's corresponding stat. You can, however, reallocate multiple stats so long as each individual stat does not exceed the -30/+30 limit. When making type changes, try to be reasonable, and don't just add types simply for the sake of adding another type. Although not absolutely necessary, some flavor text describing the origin of the Alolan forme and how it came to differ from their international variants (ie: Alolan Marowak becoming Ghost/Fire as an adaptation to its Grass-type predators in Alola). Note that these don't have to be strictly confined to the Alola region, you can do other regions as well. For abilities, you can only use the abilities found normally in the games themselves, or minor variations of those abilities (for example, a Dark-type variant of Pixilate or a variant of Intimidate that lowers Sp.Attack). If possible, try to show damage calculations against other Pokemon to back up your argument. Damage calculations can be done using Pokemon Showdown's damage calculator Here.

Flavor Text: Himecan Magnemite are formed under the intense heat and pressure of the planet's mantle. The magma that can be seen through the cracks of their rocky exoskeletons is actually molten iron, which surrounds a solid iron core. The swirling of its outer molten core creates a gyroscoping effect, which produces this Pokemon's own gravitational field. When three Himecan Magnemite gather together, they become locked in each other's gravitational field, causing them to constantly orbit each other in a tertiary system. If these Magnemite come within too close proximity to one another, the impact can cause their inner magma to seep out and quickly solidify, permanently fusing them together when it becomes Himecan Magnezone.

It would be pretty nice if MUGEN wasn't so bareboned and had more content to it like Online Mode (not ikemen) that lets you have your own roster for use in Online Mode (like around 10 or 20 can do) and a select screen that shows the character animations when selected they do their taunts or victory poses like other games (MvC, DarkStalkers). Would be nice for a next stage with a character shown to be before the versus screen and rival quotes.. In short, more content so M.U.G.E.N has more things to it.

I think it would be cool if the character's small portraits could be animated. Like for example you can make the small portrait change expressions as certain things happen in game. Like the character can show a hurt face when he's hit and stuff like that.

    - I can do an infinite by alternating MP and MK.
    - Stronger buttons are not supposed to chain into weaker buttons.
    - the eoh template is a terrible template to use because of how buggy it is. I suggest using KFM.
    - no damage dampener.
    - all the standing and crouching attacks do the same amount of damage.
    - He has no hitboxes during his QCB+HP.

There's a lot more, but I feel these are the most pressing issues.
