I think this is just a normal Chun-Li, possibly with MvC style, this is the intro she had with M. Bison in SFA3, thats why she is holding a gun.

You know, that C. Viper is pretty decent, specially if you consider the rest of his creations. What I really dislike about her is the fact she only has a lvl 3 hyper that deals a lvl 2 damage, so I turned it into a lvl 1 hyper.

I think she is MGMURROW's wip for Nestor's MvC project. Considering the Chris that was released for that project, she will be very cool.
