You can use Paintshop for spriting as it does offer layers... lots of layers. but that aside, You need actual artistic skill to properly sprite images. I do not have LOL.

Wow. No offense Gohan but from what i've played with your work in the past, compared to Hercule you've done better things in the past. I mean you are one of my mugen heroes. I looked up to you when I started coding. But seeing Hercule like this, the Grenade appearing before there suppose to. the square motion nuke, with instant kill. im a tad bit disappointed, I expected a great version of hercule. Im hoping your just rusty after all these years. Im still your fan.
