The water fist could already punch some metallic swords away and was about to hit the green sword, but just in time, Thanatos transformed into a big green sponge and simply sucked in all the water like a...well, sponge. *transforms back* I must say, it was a clever idea from you to create this water fist of yours. Too bad I'm a master in both shape-shifting and wits. And now, you guys need to cool down! Thanatos then proceeds to transform into a sentient water hose and shoots a stream of water at the heroes, which should merely push them around and make them lose their guards for what Thanatos truly had in store. It was very visible that Thanatos was merely toying around with the heroes at the moment.

The ice ball ended up hitting a metal-colored sword instead. However, it did freezed at the touch of the ice ball and fell down on the ground. Okay, that's a good idea, too. But we need to be quick with freezing the swords then, since Flame Core is indeed a place with high temperatures.

Alright, bring it on! Silver then proceeded to use his telekinesis to throw rocks at Thanatos. However, Thanatos suddenly transformed into a flea and used the powerful legs of a flea to leap bgi distances and avoid the rocks effortlessly. *in flea form, but still with his regular voice* Too slow. Did he just mock my hedgehog speed? He surely has some guts to do that. *continues to throw rocks at Thanatos* Still don't understand how useless your technique is? Maybe I need it to hammer it down into you head! Thanatos then proceeded to transform into a hammer to smash down all the rocks, and then proceeded to hit Silver, who was then sent flying into a wall. Ouch, I can't believe this. He transformed into a hammer AND made a lame hammer pun? I'm offended! Oh wow, if not even HammerMan laughed at it, then it really shows how godawful the pun was. *still in hammer form* You're making fun of my jokes? Then you're next! *hits NailMan like a nail* Oh no, only I am allowed to beat up NailMan! *hits Thanatos with a hammer* *transforms back* Whoa, I was careless. But I wont repeat this mistake twice! Thanatos then proceeds to transform into a swarm of sentient swords, which proceeded to attack the heroes. *continously shoots at the swords* Damn, that doesn't have any effect. Because you're shooting at the metal-colored swords. You see the green sword in the middle of the swarm? That's the actual Thanatos, you need to hit that sword instead of the other swords. And you really need good aim at that.

After some intense battles, the heroes finally fought off all of Iblis' minions. Pfew, that was quite a wallop. So what now, boss? Then, out of the shadows came a green-skinned demon with weird proportions. It was nobody else but the God of Death and Medusa's right hand commander, Thanatos himself. However, I'm afraid to tell you that this is where your journey ends. Oh look, it's Tony the Clown. Not. Funny. Well, it is funny for me! Don't worry, it wont be funny for you anymore. I'm here to get Iblis for Lady Medusa, and thanks to my shape-shifting abilities and the blessing of the so-called "Liquid Snake" and his gang, nobody will get in my way. Can confirm, shading is very often the easiest part of spriting. The part I have the most trouble with is the actual outline. Correct anatomy is a close second, though.

OOC: LOL. But when does the Underworld Team go somewhere plotwise (again, it's called Underworld, not Netherworld)? I would like it if the Distortion part ends parallelly to the Underworld part, so that both teams can unite just in time for the battle at Ground Zeroes 2.

An ice user? Interesting. I have an idea. Frost, you should team up with the water gem Lapis Lazuli. She can manipulate water, so you could easily give her new ammunition with melted ice. Man, that's a clever idea. And that, my friend, is the reason why YokuMan is the leader of the bunch: He has an IQ of 600 and thus can create a plethora of awesome ideas.
