Edited from Melty Blood's Satsuki and Hisui. Thanks to Zinesis now their palette problem in Mugen 1.0 had been fixed.

Its missing sprite 0,0 = to fix that just duplicate sprite 1,1 rename it to 0,0 unchecked the shared pal option then arrange it. My sprite arrangement is like this [9000,0 - 9000,1 - 0,0(shared pal unchecked) - 1,1(shared pal checked)]
