Gouken SSF'2+ Released By Guille_N_Roll and ShinGoukiSSF'2+ Updated

Hello there.

This is the 7th char of the line of edit chars of Super Street Fighter 2 Plus M.U.G.E.N

Gouken SSF'2 Plus.

Included in this release:

*All basics, special and Super moves from SSF4 game including brand new edited moves.

*2 Intros (one with Shin Gouki SSF'2 Plus.

*Voice and sound FX pack from SSF4, and another misc sounds.

*Custom Sprites and FX by miself.

*AI (still making it)

*Two Winning poses.

*12 palettes.

I usually stay away from SF2 characters, cuz it's the one fighting game I played more than any other. But I may have to make an exception...
