I think its a Ragnarok Online character, n her gameplay style is similar to seima's other chars which have a Ragnarok Online-like system

About Shen Long, found it on a Portuguese or maybe it was a Spanish site a few months ago, too bad its just ARAGAN's Shen Long with new standing sprites
