Strange Luigi Version 2

this is the first character i have uploaded on this site (this does not mean that it is my first character)
this character was made for when i came back to mugen
also the reason for strange luigi being a version 2 was because there was originally an older version of strange luigi

introducing, strange luigi

the strangest Luigi you will ever find, and also the most aggressive Luigi ever.

here are the changes for version 2

updated the portraits and icons
gave strange luigi voicelines
gave strange luigi 5 more palettes
updated strange luigis sprites to be 1 pixel down
updated strange luigis size to fit better with super better mario and super better luigi
nerfed strange luigis damage output
updated some of strange luigis combos
updated strange luigis taunt
