I've been locked out of my account

Hi. Every time I try to log in on MugenFFA, I keep getting asked what my favourite famous quote is. I can't remember what I typed for that; if I even typed anything at all for that. And now I'm completely locked out of my account. I haven't logged in from another device other than my computer and getting a verification email does nothing because I need to log in to see that for some reason.
