Sakura Kasugano released

So I decided to make a Sakura with the same gameplay as my previously released Karin. Pin-point and Hatter also made some new animations for my version. Thank you both! Hopefully their work will see good use by the community!

- Her big portrait has been modified.
- A visual update to one of her aerial gethits has been made.
- Her supers can no longer be recovered from. In particular, this prevents Nekketsu Hadoken from being punishable on hit should Sakura need to run back into the camera view.
- Other small fixes and adjustments.

- Haru Ichiban has been significantly tweaked. It can now hit OTG and it should combo all hits consistently when used in juggles or against airborne opponents.
- The input window for specials and supers has been reduced.
- Running/dashing/high jumping produce smear particles reminiscent of the Marvel vs. games.
- Hitting the floor produces some slight screen shake.
- Other small tweaks and fixes.
