I use Launchbox all the time! Best Mugen manager/ emulators application I've ever used! Didn't signup for the forums though. Just a BIG fan of Launchbox.

I tried both long time ago and it's just a flashy presentation of games you wanna play, I rather like something quick and straight without all the show like, regular M.A.M.E.

I like to use the WinKawaks emulator even though it is an old and outdated emulator.   But I also use the MAME emulator for games not supported on WinKawaks.

In fact, the M.A.M.E. version I'm using is MAME32 Plus Plus! 0.119 September 14th 2007, a very old simple fast pick and play games with frontend, I need nothing more simple than this, I'm very pleased.

You do realize you can add any version of Mame or Emulators you have right? Like no more double clicking folders to launch an .exe. I don't know man... I use to be all old school too manually going to where my Mugen or Emulators where on my external harddrive (I launch everything from there) but this changed my life. You can add pictures, videos, and in some cases, download images for games. It's free.... You don't even need to buy anything. Just sayin, food for thought.

 

Best thing I can compare it to is a Steam for ANYTHING. Even computer programs. It's so awesome.

Really dude? I use regular MAME version where I play games like Power Instinct 2 and Tetris between others.  But I confess something to you, the last weeks I have been trying to collect most of games of MAME32 Plus! Plus! 0.119 yeah, the same version of MAME you use. I estimate I'll be able to get around 90% of the romset under the status of "working" including several CHDs but well, that will be seen over time.

Hey that looks great dude, however, I'm a very old-fashioned person.  I prefer to have a folder in Windows with shortcuts to all the games I have stored on my PC.
