I know Touhou Stages have almost no deltas or animations, but I think some would look great with parallax, to give some depht and minimize the single layer effect. and animations of the weather The underground entrance, Marisa/Alice House...probably patchouli's and the catfish stage too.

Can't watch video on phone....I know about that and I agree it's just I have no idea how...lol.

is not that hard. a simple look at cybaster's tutorial of stages should be enough to create basic layered/animated stages :P

The sprites are the main problem....I can't get the sprites.I'll look or try to extract them myself but what I meant is the paralax not the weather.
