This is full game but coded in Special way he make Two Char as Rockman/Megaman for 1P and Boss for 2P.
To run the game you need to put these two chars in mugen and use Versus mode as 1P and 2P.
So This game is not my project I just make it easy to play via Mugen 1.0 and decorate a bit the pack.
