Might not be exactly what people are looking for but EX Eagle in my Eagle (hold start while selecting) is, for all intents and purposes, Yatterman-2 minus supers:

Yatterman-2 is from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and it's a retrofit to Eagle's set like something Ahuron would do lol
