This version of this character used to be hosted on a site called Yandex Disk, except that my computer said that the file has turned out to be unsafe after that I have downloaded it. Because of this, I had to reupload it to MEGA, as seen in the DL link above. Found this from PZT's char pack.

Here are two more Haggars that I would like to add (Both from FF3), except that they are unavailable to download, for now:

 

BlackJack's version. Nothing much is known about this version of the character, but I think this was the first Haggar to be made for MUGEN.

 

OCariocaNildo's version. Found it from Electrocaid's Perfect Select.
