Stage names are taken from the descriptions of the videos, but they are likely inaccurateI :

 

 

Unknown (description says 'Just a Stage') - looks similar to stages made by Enscripture

 

 

Peach's Castle (NSMB)

 

 

I actually know this one, it's Mario's Stage for the fullgame the author 'Mariotime' was working on, but I still can't find it
